Amenities and Extras

To ensure your comfort, Tybee Vacation Rentals requires all properties to be furnished with a variety of amenities including all necessary furnishings, bedding, linens, central heat and air conditioning, cable TV, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster, and dishes/cookware/utensils. Many properties contain a variety of extras such as Stereo/CD player, DVD or Blu Ray, Smart TV's, iron, blender, outdoor shower, whirlpool tub, books, games, outdoor grill, washer/dryer and more! Trip Cancellation Insurance

Tybee Vacation Rentals has contracted with CSA, Inc. to offer Trip Cancellation Insurance which can protect your vacation investment against hurricane evacuations and other unforeseen circumstances that could cause cancellation and forfeiture of payment. Rental Office

We operate a full-service rental office, conveniently located at 1010 Highway 80 East as you enter Tybee Island. We offer after-hours key pick up as well as an after-hours emergency telephone number. We will be happy to suggest activities to make your vacation more fun-filled and action-packed! At check-in, we give you local publications and brochures including information on activities, dining, and more. 

Vacation Starter Kit

We have provided small bars of soap for bathroom sinks and tubs/showers and toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. In the kitchen, we have provided a starter supply of dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher packets, and trash bags. Tybee Vacation Rentals gets you started with the basics so you don't have to rush to the store on your first day of vacation.

Local Information

Our staff is available to assist with travel information, directions, and recommendations, as well as answer questions about our properties, policies, and amenities. In addition, we provide a Vacation Guide in your check-in package full of great information about what to see and do while visiting Tybee Island or Savannah. The Vacation Guide is also available online, or check out our blog and area guide on our website.
