Their sauces highlight the regionality of their food with Memphis-style sweet sauce, mustard-based Savannah sauce, and spicy, vinegar-based Western North Carolina sauce. If you want a bit of everything, try the Hog Wild Platter. It features pork, brisket, 1/4 chicken, sausage, ribs, sides, and Texas toast, so there’s no leaving hungry!
