Habersham 1

Stay right in the heart of downtown Savannah in this recently updated two-story spacious apartment in the historic Paul Hamilton Williams House, built in 1791. This 2 bedroom,1.5 bathroom home offers classic charm in an urban setting. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. This home is conveniently located just off the corner of Habersham and Bay Street. It is just a short walk from Historic River Street, Emmet Park, Warren Square, Factor’s Walk and many other points of interest in the historic district.

Habersham 2 features 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. This historic, 2 Story apartment has a unique spiral staircase which connects the interior spaces. On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55″ Smart HDTV.  The kitchen has an apartment sized refrigerator freezer, (no ice maker in the freezer) stove, oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a combination coffee machine, so coffee lovers will enjoy having the choice of regular drip coffee or Keurig single cup coffee. The eat-in kitchen bar top table has seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at a cafe table on the attached porch. There is also a half bath powder room on this level.

On the main floor there is a combined living room /kitchen/dining room with a Queen sleeper sofa, dining area with pub table plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, HD-TV and a Blu-ray player in the living room.  Also on this level is a large covered balcony furnished to comfortably seat 10 people.

The top floor of the home is the spacious 4th floor finished attic complete with interesting ceiling angles and dormers. The bedroom offers a seating area with double sleeper sofa, HDTV, half bathroom (sink/toilet). This home is conveniently located just off the corner of Habersham and Bay Street. The Townhome, built in 1791, is conveniently located just off the corner of Habersham and Bay Street. It is just a short walk from Historic River Street, Emmet Park, Warren Square, Factor’s Walk and many other points of interest in the historic district. This area is fill with many local attractions, pubs, and restaurants. Explore River Streets cultural scene every First Friday of the month and enjoy live music, arts, vendors and other events.

Frogtown Cottage

A quaint and comfortable cottage located in Historic Downtown Savannah. The home was originally built in 1860 and was used as a home for workers at the nearby Roundhouse for the Georgia Railroad. The interior of the home offers a living area with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic home location means that you have easy access to nearby educational and great historic attractions. Just 2.5 blocks from the cottage, located in front of the Savannah Visitors Center, is a stop for the Fare Free DOT Express Shuttle. This shuttle serves 11 stops throughout the Historic District and runs every 20 minutes from 11am-9pm, 7 days a week.
