        "description": "South Beach Ocean 4 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the south end of Tybee, just steps from the beach. Great location for a vacation since many restaurants, shops, and the Tybee Pier and Pavillion are within a 1-2 block radius. Beach access is located at this block! There is a side ocean view from the private covered balcony, which is furnished with a table that seats 4 and 2 bar height chairs so you can enjoy the view.  <br /><br />

The living room has a 32 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD, and is comfortably furnished, and includes a Queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking during your stay and has a breakfast bar seating for two. The dining area has a table for 6.  <br /><br />

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed, 32-inch Flat Screen TV, and the room has an adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a 32' Flat Screen TV. There is an additional full bath in the hall, along with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.   <br /><br />

Covered parking is located on the ground level. This condo is Unit #4, located on the second floor, on the far right of the building. There is High-Speed Internet / WIFI in the apartment. <br /><br />

NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/ high seasons.<br /><br />

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.<br /><br />
