Splash away in the two community pools. Enjoy beautiful views of North Beach, ships, and shrimp boats from your private, furnished balcony. <br /><br />
The interior has a fresh new look, ready to welcome guests to this charming Island location. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV. The dining table will accommodate six guests, and the kitchen is nicely updated with all stainless appliances and features a full-size washer and dryer for convenience.<br /><br />

The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV, and private bath with a tub and shower combination and access to the balcony, with views of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination.<br /><br />

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet north of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station, museum, and Jaycee Park. <br /><br />

Please Note: #29B has two reserved covered parking spaces in a narrow parking stall on the ground level under the building. Large SUVs and oversized vehicles may not fit in these spaces. <br /><br />Please note: This condo is located in a building without elevator access. Guests are encouraged to reference the Lighthouse Point complex map for the location of the only building equipped with an elevator. <br /><br />

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and stay dates and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. <br /><br />

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.<br /><br />

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote.
