        "description": "Stay right on the beach at Tybee Lights 110C, a remodeled townhouse located right on the Beach on Tybee's Mid Island. Located on the second floor of the building, this two-story unit has amazing Ocean views! The open living and dining area has a balcony that has outdoor seating, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This main floor has a kitchen, laundry, and a half bath. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.<br /><br />

The second floor has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The first bedroom has a King bed, and large picture windows overlooking the ocean. The second guest room has a queen bed.<br /><br />

Guests at Tybee Lights will be within short walking distance to restaurants, shops, Memorial Park, the library, and the YMCA.  Assigned parking for 1 vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. WIFI internet is available. This property is pet-friendly. No dogs allowed on the beach. <br /><br />

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.<br /><br />

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.<br /><br />

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
