The ground level, one-bedroom apartment is perfectly situated on the beach side of Butler Avenue and only steps to the beach - 4 buildings back to be exact! <br /><br />

The tastefully appointed living area welcomes you with beautiful natural wood details, and a nautical-themed decor, complete with shiplap walls. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Enjoy your meals at the bar-height dining table for two. The custom-designed kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, and microwave (no dishwasher). The all-new kitchen and bathroom have custom ocean pebble tile accents with natural wood and copper sinks. The bathroom has a glass surrounding a walk-in shower, which gives this space a spa-like, relaxing feel. The bedroom is tucked in the back of the apartment and is furnished with a luxurious King-size Sleep Number bed, for the perfect night's sleep.<br /><br />

This apartment home is small, yet elegant, and simply perfect for two adults. No need for coconut inventions, this place has all the comforts of home so you need only pretend you are stranded on an uncharted tropical island together. You will also be located right across the street from Memorial Park which features our library, YMCA, charcoal grilling stations, along with tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts.<br /><br />

If you are traveling with another couple, consider renting Gilligan's Island's neighboring property - Kahuna Kabana, located right next door, which allows you to travel together while enjoying your separate spaces.<br /><br />

Wireless Internet is available. Off-street parking for one (1) vehicle only. EV vehicle charger available upon request.<br /><br />

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.<br /><br />

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.<br /><br />
