The main bedroom and open kitchen and living areas are on the second floor. The bright and airy open living space on the 2nd floor has tall vaulted ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and a large Smart TV to catch all your favorite streaming shows. The living area opens to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for 4, and the dining area has seating for 6. Wall-to-wall sliding doors lead to the large balcony with a view of the beach just at the end of the block.
The 2nd-floor main bedroom suite has a King-size bed and a TV, with access to a small balcony. The attached bathroom has a large tub with a separate walk-in shower. The ground-level bedrooms share a bathroom, with dual vanities and a tub and shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV, and access to the private small backyard area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The full-size washer and dryer are downstairs near the foyer.
Located on 13th street on Tybee Island’s South end, this home is within walking distance of all the South end shops, restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to the Tybee Pier and Pavilion. The beach access at 13th street has a boardwalk over the dunes, making it easy to get to the sand and the Ocean. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you’re here - it's the best way to see the Island. This home has a charcoal grill for cooking out and cornhole boards for entertainment in the private backyard area. There is parking for up to 4 cars. Wifi is available.

Backyard and view from master bedroom deck and lower floor bedroom could use some sprucing up. Not much reason to go out there.
