The home also has a full-size washer and dryer.
This comfortable condo includes two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall. There is speed internet/WIFI, and there are a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. The building has off-street parking for 2 vehicles for every unit. This condo is pet-friendly.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. The building has 8 units so you won't be dealing with a big crowd. Quiet side street with an ocean view. Parking was underneath in assigned spaces. This is nice because you vehicle is out of the elements . With only 2 floors, it not a lot of stairs to climb. Being on the south end, it has more attractions near it so no need to drive as much saving you money on parking .
