The two-story cottage has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 people. The living room is on the first floor, and it has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well as a large flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining room seats up to ten people and connects to the stunning all-new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a vintage-style dining booth where you can enjoy a quick meal. There is also a gas grill in the backyard, which is ideal for cookouts! The two downstairs bedrooms have a king-size bed and two twin beds, and they share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area with a large flat-screen TV and a delightful screened porch for sipping iced tea on a warm summer's night. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed (privately access this room through the screened-in porch or adjoining through another bedroom) , Bedroom 4 has a King size bed with a TV, and Bedroom 5 has 2 Twin beds. There are two full bathrooms on the second, the first with an all-new walk-in shower; the second has a vintage clawfoot tub with a shower.
The cottage is in a beautiful mid-island location. Enjoy the 8'6" X 17' in-ground heated pool and patio with an 8'2" X 8'7" spill-over spa (spa only, no jets). Guests can choose to add optional pool/spa heat for an additional cost of $25 per day (not available in January or February).
Perfect for a more residential feel while still offering easy access to the beach, which is just a short stroll away. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you are here. The home is located on Second Avenue, which is considered part of Tybee's bike trail. This property has parking is available for up to 5 cars.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies.

Some feedback for TVR - please consider providing a non-stick cooking spray (like Pam) and a cleaning product (like Windex). We had a very difficult time cooking and cleaning the kitchen without these items! We left salt, pepper, and Pam to pay-it-forward for the next guests. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic! Thank you.

Holds a lot of people. There are 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. The other 3 rooms have Queen or king beds. Pool heater didn’t work but said they would refund money. A second sitting area is upstairs so it’s nice for 2 families or a family with teenagers. They get their own space. The porch is screened in and upstairs. Nice area to relax in.
